Create a beautiful Victorian Kissing Ball, complete with red ribbon and a bow to add to your holiday decor while also raising money for the Nature Center! Please bring your favorite hand clippers. December 5 Holiday Walk at Olana 8:00am Forsyth Nature Center. Visit Olana while also viewing winter birds in the meadows and around the lake, while leaving time for a house tour. Transportation provided from the  Forsyth Nature Center. To register call 845-331-1682, ext 117.

December 5 Wreath Making Workshop 2:00pm Hasbrouck Park. Bring holiday cheer to your own front door with a homemade evergreen wreath! Price includes boughs, wire and a bow. December 19 Christmas Bird Count 8:00am Coleman High School. Aid in the longest running citizen science project in the world. We will survey wintering bird populations in our sector and submit data to the John Burroughs Natural History Society for the National Audubon Society. $5 donation to the National Audubon Society is appreciated.
