June 5 Good Morning Paddle  9:00am  Kingston Point Beach
Spend your morning paddling the Hudson River. Wildlife abounds during these paddles. Eagles, osprey and turtles keep the group fascinated! Programs include guided tour, kayak, life vest and paddle. June 5 Buzz on Bees  10:00am   Forsyth Nature Center
Did you know the FNC is home to more than 30,000 bees? Come and discover the Apiary (Beehive) and all its wonders at the FNC. This program is free and open to all. 845-331-1682, ext 7339

June 5 Tyke Hike    2:00pm    O & W Rail Trail
Children up to 5 years of age and parents will meet with a naturalist for a leisurely stroll/hike to explore nature using our senses. Programs last one hour. Free. 845-331-1682, ext 7339

This bi-monthly program visits some of the best walking/hiking locations in the Mid-Hudson Valley. This program is geared toward adults and is free. Transportation is provided. These walks are 2-3 miles and weather permitting. 845-331-1682, ext 7339

June 12 Kingston Kayak Festival    10:00am - 4:00pm    Kingston Point Beach
The Hudson River’s Largest Kayak Festival can be found right here in Kingston! Join Kenco Outfitters and the City of Kingston for this exciting event which is sure to prepare you for a summer full of kayaking. June 17 Turtle Talk 3:30pm   Forsyth Nature Center
Painted, wood, snapping and box, learning about turtles really rocks! Program compares aquatic and terrestrial turtles and tortoises; examination of anatomy, behaviors, adaptations and habitats of turtles. Free and open to all. 845-331-1682, ext 7336

Join us for a sunset paddle on the Rondout Creek. These trips will explore the wildlife and history of the Rondout, including the barges and bridges.
