Important Information

A liability release form must be signed by each person. While we are very safety conscious, we can not control the weather or conditions. You must understand that risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. Kayaking is a high risk activity and you must be willing to assume responsibility for your participation in this activity.

Skill Level

We operate tours for beginner paddlers. Beginner trips aren’t always easy. Kayaking is exercise. Even beginner programs may be demanding if you don’t exercise regularly. In addition, natural variations in the conditions of wind and water will affect the level of difficulty on any given day. For new paddlers, staff provide an overview of kayaking techniques and safety related to the water.

Starting and Finishing Times

All tours start promptly with safety and paddling instruction. Please arrive fifteen minutes early so that you’ll have time to sign the liability statement.
